Born is Canada and now based in Israel, Asher developed a passion for photography at an early age. Having bought his first Nikon in 1981, he was hooked.

In the mid 2000’s when digital technology became improved to professional standards, Asher made the transition away from film.
Today he operates a fully equipped digital photo and editing studio.

Currently, Asher works successfully in two streams: family celebrations and commercial photography.

“ Family celebrations”, he says “are incredible sources of positive energy that I love to share with my customers. I love to dance while photographing weddings and other parties because while in motion, the camera captures the event kinetically. The images that come from this are so full of energy, that even those that missed the event can feel the passion and excitement in my pictures”.

“Commercial photography presents its own challenges that thrills me,” Asher continues. “It is the opportunity to capture the inanimate and make it come alive through light, shadow, colour and composition. Though this is more technical work, I find a way to inject my passion into it.”

Asher has traveled extensively and has many satisfied European and North American customers. New customers are always welcome.
